Message from the Principal

I heartily welcome all to the revamped and duly updated version of the college website and take this opportunity to share my views with all the stakeholders of this college.

Established in the year 1959, this venerable institution has walked this considerable passage of time with great dignity and success while providing quality education to the people of Kanpur and its surrounding as well as far off places, by adopting an egalitarian approach towards imparting education to all students irrespective of their class, creed, religion or gender. This had been the great noble vision of the great founders of the College and it has been and will always continue to be our mission to be successful in that endeavour.

The college has been established upon the ideals of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, who preached that the path to enlightenment lies in the holistic education and development of a human being. Staying true to these ideals, the college, not only focuses on the academic development and accomplishment of the students, but also attempts to inculcate the highest sense of morals, values and principles among them. Moreover, great emphasis is also laid upon physical well-being and health by  encouraging sports and NCC among the students, with the vision of producing physically fit, morally stout and intellectually astute citizens who are going to do their fair share in te cause of nation building.

I, once again, take this opportunity to thank all the alumni, stakeholders and everyone associated with the college for keeping our glorious tradition alive and hope that we continue to put our concerted efforts towards an even more glorious future.
