Biography: Dr. Praveen Kumar Prajapati is an Assistant Professor of Economics at D.B.S. College, Govind Nagar, Kanpur. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, with research focused on the Impact of Microfinance on Consumer Behavior. He is UGC-NET and UGC-NET-JRF qualified and has teaching and research experience at D.B.S. College, Madan Mohan Malviya P.G. College, and the University of Allahabad. His major research interests include Microfinance, Consumer Behavior, socio-economic issues, Consumption Patterns, Climate Change, and Climate Sustainability. He has published research papers in various academic journals and contributed chapters to edited books. He has also participated in several national seminars, conferences, workshops, orientation and refresher programmes. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Economic Association and has expertise in SPSS, Vos viewer, MS Office, and Excel.
