An orientation programme for B.Sc. 1st year students was organized by the Chemistry Department of DBS College under the supervision of Head of Department Prof. C.M. Saxena. The programme began with an inspiring address by the Principal, Prof. Anil Kumar Mishra, who welcomed the new students and motivated them to pursue academic excellence.
Prof. C.M. Saxena highlighted the importance of chemistry in daily life and encouraged students to develop scientific thinking. Faculty members Prof. Atul Tiwari and Prof. Shailendra Shukla also addressed the students, guiding them about departmental activities and academic discipline. All the faculty members of the department were present and interacted with the students, making the event informative and encouraging.
