1. Academic Planning & Governance

• Preparation and strict implementation of the Academic Calendar to ensure timely conduct of teaching, examinations, internal assessments, and co-curricular activities.
• Structured timetable planning as per UGC workload norms.
• Strengthening Mentor–Mentee System for continuous academic and personal guidance.
