On 23/05/2025, it was a very proud moment for DBS College, when the college’s NCC cadet Ankit Kumar Dwivedi, who is a first year graduate student, was selected for the Para Army Camp. This achievement also holds special importance because many cadets from various colleges of the university had participated for the only seat reserved for Kanpur city, but only D.B.S. got selected from the college.
For a first year student to be selected for such a prestigious and challenging camp is not only a personal achievement but also a symbol of the excellent training system and discipline of the NCC Unit of the college.
Behind this remarkable success lies the tireless hard work, strong guidance and inspiration of the successful Principal of the college, Professor Anil Kumar Mishra and CTO Dr. Ajay Kumar. Under their leadership, the NCC unit of DBS College is constantly setting new records.
